Single Day Tuesday

Need a fun plan for one track-out day? Come make something, move to music, and get a little silly with us! The week’s theme gives kids new ideas to play with—a favorite song could turn into a rhythm game, or an art project could grow into something wonderfully unexpected. Campers get to try different materials and ways of making, with lots of room to bring their own ideas to life.

Campers are divided into four groups by age and rotate through four classes in the morning and four in the afternoon. Each class is tailored to the age group, so kids can jump in, follow along, and still get a fun challenge.

There’s outdoor fun in the mix, too. We usually spend the last hour getting everyone moving with a silly group activity, then head to the playground or kick back in the hammocks while families arrive. If the digital recital is being filmed that day, campers can help make the video and dream up funny commercials for their families to watch and laugh about after camp. Pack weather-appropriate layers and shoes for outdoor play.

For children in grades K–5 who are at least 5 and have begun kindergarten by the start of camp. Camp runs 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Before care is available 7:30–9:00 a.m. and aftercare 4:00–5:30 p.m., upon request.
